What You Will Do
- Drive Revenue & Retention: Present competitive financing options, vehicle service contracts, and aftermarket protection products transparently and effectively.
- Full-Cycle Deal Structuring: Structure and submit both prime and non-prime deals, actively rehashing with lenders to maximize approvals and maintain strong PVR
- Maintain Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local lending laws (including FCRA and Red Flags Rule), protecting both the customer and the dealership.
- Accelerate Cash Flow: Manage Contracts-in-Transit (CIT) diligently to secure rapid lender funding, clear stipulations immediately, and maintain accurate bookouts.
- Collaborate with Sales: Partner closely with the sales desk and product specialists to turn, desk, and close deals efficiently.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of proven success as an Automotive F&I Manager or Sales/Finance Manager.
- Lender Acumen: Deep working knowledge of prime, subprime, and special finance lender programs and underwriting guidelines.
- Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Dealer Management Systems (CDK preferred), standard F&I menu software, and Windows applications.
- Integrity & Professionalism: Commitment to ethical selling, accurate deal disclosures, and high CSI scores.
- Execution: Strong organizational discipline with zero tolerance for sloppy packaging or funding delays.
