Guest Experience & Play Center Supervisor
Position Highlights:
- Compensation: $17.00 per hour
- Classification: Part-time, Hourly
- Weekly Hours: Flexible scheduling (ranging from 10 to 25 hours/week)
- Availability Needed: Shifts fall between Monday–Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and Sundays (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) - (Weekday morning shifts are biggest need)

About the Role:
Bring your leadership skills to our indoor playground team! We are looking for an outgoing, organized Guest Experience & Play Center Supervisor to guide daily operations, coordinate/monitor play, and help us maintain a vibrant, safe, clean, and joyful environment for our young guests and their families.
Primary Duties:
- Front-of-House Operations: Greet arriving families, manage check-ins, and answer guest inquiries with excellent service.
- Session & Event Oversight: Supervise daily open play intervals and private celebrations, ensuring a secure and highly enjoyable environment for kids.
- Facility Upkeep: Actively monitor, sanitize, and organize play structures and common spaces to preserve a pristine facility.
- Collaborative Leadership: Coordinate seamlessly with team members to cultivate a supportive, positive, and energetic workspace.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, youth activities, or child-centric environments.
- A background in front-desk administration, retail, or client-facing customer service.
- Strong organizational talents with a sharp eye for cleanliness and presentation.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a naturally upbeat personality.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to easily learn modern point-of-sale and scheduling systems.
- Comfortable adapting quickly in a high-energy, fast-moving space.
- Physical ability to lift 30 lbs
- Lives within a reasonable, reliable communiting distance of the facility
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and provide excellent professional references.
