Miracle Auto Group is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated auto service advisor to join our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service Team.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize knowledge of vehicle maintenance, warranty repairs, Recalls/TSB's/FSA's and service writing to assist customers with their service needs.
- Manage the Guests service experience from start to finish, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and promise times for work completion for auto services including oil changes, maintenance repairs, and heavy repairs.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain recommended services and repairs.
- Coordinate with the auto service team to ensure timely completion of work.
- Drive sales by recommending additional services based only on vehicle needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in auto service management or dealership service advising is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an unwavering attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
