Brand Ambassador - Events — $17/hr + Uncapped Commission

Croci Collective is hiring Brand Ambassadors / Event Staff to represent well-known consumer brands at live events — including The Pets Table, HelloFresh, Factor, and Modern Milkman. You'll work at home shows, fairs, festivals, malls, community events, and other high-traffic locations, engaging with shoppers, answering questions, and helping customers sign up for products and services they love.
Don't let the base rate fool you — $17/hour is just the floor. With uncapped commission and daily bonuses stacked on top, agents hitting their targets are effectively earning $50–$100+ per hour, and our top performers regularly clear $1,000+ days. Experienced salespeople: you should absolutely apply.

Pay & Commission
- $17.00/hour minimum (higher where state or city law requires)
- Up to $50 commission per customer sign-up*
- Extra commission for multi-pet households
- Daily bonus: $75 for hitting your event's target, then +$200 for every 4 sign-ups past it — uncapped
- Weekly bonuses: up to $1,000
- Commission and bonuses stack on top of your hourly — every hour is paid regardless
Flexible Event-Based Work

What You'll Do
- Represent consumer brands in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Approach and engage shoppers at busy events
- Start conversations and explain products or services
- Answer basic customer questions
- Help interested customers complete sign-ups
- Work toward individual and event sales goals
- Create a positive, friendly experience for every customer
What We're Looking For
No previous sales or event experience is required. We're looking for people who are:
- Outgoing and comfortable talking to strangers
- Energetic, friendly, and approachable
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable working weekends and event-based shifts
- Goal-oriented and motivated by commission and bonuses
- Able to work independently and follow through on a self-selected schedule
- 18 or older
