- AquaFit / Water Aerobics
- Mat Pilates
- Reformer Pilates
- Yoga (all styles welcome)
- Kids Fitness & Youth Programming
- Specialty Mind-Body and Functional Fitness Formats

We're Looking For Instructors Who Are:
- Certified and experienced in their respective fitness format(s)
- Energetic, engaging, and confident leading groups
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Strong communicators who naturally build community and connection
- Passionate about helping participants of all ages and fitness levels succeed
- Comfortable providing modifications and creating inclusive class experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Nationally recognized fitness certification
- AquaFit, Pilates, Yoga, Youth Fitness, or specialty format certifications
- Experience teaching in residential communities, country clubs, boutique studios, schools, or recreation centers
- CPR/AED Certification
- Experience working with active adults, beginners, and multi-level participants
What You'll Do
- Teach scheduled group fitness classes in luxury community fitness centers
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating environment
- Build relationships with residents before and after class
- Represent Hustle Training 360 with professionalism and positivity
- Collaborate with our team on special events, workshops, and wellness initiatives
- Maintain a safe and engaging class experience for all participants

Location
Classes are primarily located in Palm City, FL. We welcome applicants from Palm City and surrounding areas, including Stuart, Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie, Hobe Sound, and Jupiter. Instructors must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling to community locations as needed.
