Essential Responsibilities
- Providing excellent services to members and patients
- The primary responsibility of the Wellness Coordinator is to present memberships and provide great costumer service.
- Greeting members and patients upon arrival. Checking patients in to see the Chiropractor
- Answering phone calls
- Making phone calls to New Patient Leads, confirming New Patient Appointments, scheduling appointments and Re-engaging inactive members.
- Confident in presenting memberships and visit packages.
- Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members
- Maintain the cleanlinessof the clinic and organization of work space
- Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures and direction
- Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment
- Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and patients
- Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool
- Office coordination or marketing experience a plus! (This position is NOT management and does not supervise other employees.)
- Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
- Able to lift 25 pounds

Monday- Friday 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hourly Wage plus Bonus
