Structural Modular Innovations LLC (modular home manufacturer) is seeking to fill the position of CAD Drafter at our manufacturing facility in Strattanville, PA.
Essential Responsibilities:
Include efficiently and accurately creating drawings associated with residential modular projects to the customer and projects specific needs.
Job Duties/Qualifications:- Associate Degree in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD)
- knowledge of AutoCAD 13 or newer
- knowledge in building construction and the ICC Building Codes
- be able to interpret structural calculations and load paths
- have a high level for attention to detail
- must work closely with production and sales team
- self-motivated, hard-working, and goal-oriented
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- proficient in math
- able to effectively communicate by phone, email, and in-person
- professional attitude and appearance is a must
