Integrated Program Solutions, Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst III located in Bethesda, MD. Selected candidate must be willing to support onsite at the client location. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply advanced knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and related program management tools to support cost, schedule, performance tracking, and program reporting activities.
- Develop, implement, maintain, and manage Earned Value Management systems supporting complex, multi-year government programs and contract deliverables.
- Monitor program performance by analyzing cost and schedule metrics, evaluating variances, identifying performance trends, and providing recommendations for corrective actions to leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, technical experts, and program leadership to support planning, execution, reporting, and oversight of EVM activities across multiple programs.
- Manage oversight of EVM systems to ensure program execution remains aligned with technical objectives, contract deliverables, cost and schedule performance requirements.
- Analyze program performance data to identify risks, cost and schedule variances, and execution challenges that may impact overall program objectives and contract performance.
- Prepare EVM reports, status updates, performance metrics, and supporting documentation for internal leadership and government stakeholders while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and reporting standards.
- Support program planning efforts by maintaining accurate cost, schedule, and performance data while ensuring program execution remains aligned with contract requirements and organizational priorities.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, STEM, or business-related field from an accredited college or university required.
- Minimum of five (7) years of experience setting up Earned Value Management (EVM) systems and/or managing oversight of EVM systems. Need experience analyzing EVM metrics and providing performance insights, recommendations, and corrective actions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong understanding of Earned Value Management principles, cost control methodologies, and schedule performance measurement systems.
- Experience analyzing cost and schedule variances, forecasting program performance trends, and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain, and manage EVM reporting systems supporting government contract requirements and program execution activities.
- Strong understanding of project performance measurement principles including cost, schedule, baseline management, and contract reporting requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, technical experts, and program leadership in a fast-paced government contracting environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering quality work products while maintaining reporting accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
Security Clearance:
Due to the requirements of this contract, U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required. Active Security Clearance is preferred.
