We're seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent who takes ownership of projects, leads from the front, and is committed to delivering exceptional quality while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and design teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors to maintain safety, quality, and schedule.
- Develop and maintain short-interval schedules and three-week look-ahead plans.
- Coordinate work with project management, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
- Enforce Winship Construction's safety program and OSHA requirements.
- Document daily reports, manpower, weather, deliveries, inspections, and project progress.
- Identify and resolve field conflicts before they impact schedule or budget.
- Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings for constructability.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project turnover.
- Mentor field personnel and foster a collaborative project culture.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
- Experience managing occupied renovations, office interiors, warehouse, industrial, manufacturing, or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Revu.
- Experience with Procore or similar project management software is preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred. Company-paid training available.
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout Metro Atlanta.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
