Rockland Sports Construction is seeking reliable, hardworking Construction Laborers to join our growing team. Ideal candidates have hands-on construction experience and are dependable team players who take pride in their work.
We pay a competitive hourly rate of $20-$28 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform demolition and site preparation work
- Assist with sports court, turf, and hardscape installations
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean jobsite
- Follow safety procedures and work as part of a crew
Qualifications
- Demolition experience preferred
- Court construction, turf installation, or athletic facility experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites mandatory
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Available for overtime and occasional weekends
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Experience operating skid steers, mini-excavators, rollers, or similar equipment preferred
- CDL preferred plus

- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Employment is contingent upon completion of I-9 / E-Verify requirements
- Ability to pass a background check and/or drug screening, as required by project or client
