Mobile Auto Detailer (W-2 Employee | Commission Pay)
We’re looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our growing mobile detailing team. This is not an easy job. You’ll be working outdoors in the Texas heat, traveling between customer locations, and you’ll be expected to work quickly while delivering high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing.
- Travel to customer locations throughout the workday.
- Work independently or with a partner, depending on scheduling.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
- Keep equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Follow company procedures to ensure every vehicle meets our quality standards.
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work outdoors in the Texas heat for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Experience
No experience is required. We are happy to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic. Applicants with professional detailing experience are also encouraged to apply.
Schedule
- Full-time only.
- Monday through Saturday (schedule may vary based on customer appointments).
Pay
- W-2 employee.
- Commission-based pay per vehicle completed.
- Typical earnings range from $750 to $1,300+ per week, depending on performance, efficiency, and workload.
