We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented AGENTE with proven experience in Commercial Auto, General Liability, and Homeowner insurance. Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess insurance needs across Commercial Auto, General Liability, and Homeowner policies.
- Present customized insurance proposals, clearly explaining coverage options, benefits, and policy details.
- Negotiate terms with clients to secure optimal coverage solutions while maintaining profitability.
- Manage client accounts using CRM systems to track interactions, policy renewals, and follow-up activities.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and ongoing communication.
- Stay current on insurance regulations, industry trends, and product knowledge to provide accurate advice and ensure compliance.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial insurance sales, specifically in Commercial Auto, General Liability, and Homeowner policies.
- Strong background in outside sales, retail sales, and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales administration and analysis purposes.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Knowledge of insurance regulation, property casualty insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and related benefits is highly desirable.
