Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional car wash services while ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties
- Perform exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns regarding services offered.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area, including custodial duties to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Inspect vehicles for damages before and after washing to report any issues to management.
- Assist in training new staff members on proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage.
Experience
- Previous experience in a car wash or automotive detailing environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks thoroughly and efficiently.
- Experience in customer service roles is highly valued, as you will interact directly with clients.
- Familiarity with car wash equipment and custodial practices is beneficial.
- A valid driver’s license is required for operating customer vehicles during the wash process.
