Server – Grand Opening Team (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Join the opening team of our new AYCE sushi restaurant! We are looking for friendly, energetic, and professional servers who are passionate about providing outstanding hospitality and creating a memorable dining experience for every guest.
Pay:
- $12.15/hour + tips
- Expected earnings: $25–$30/hour including tips
- Flexible full-time and part-time schedules available
What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Explain menu items and make food and beverage recommendations
- Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders
- Ensure tables are clean and guests have everything they need
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to provide a smooth dining experience
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
