Job Description:
WeCare Pharmacy is looking for a full-time pharmacy technician to join our team. We are looking for a pharmacy technician that is dependable, reliable, friendly, and has a positive attitude. Overall, we value someone that is detail oriented and has the ability to follow instructions and procedures.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with limited supervision
- Must be able to follow directions and procedures
- Must be able to take direction from supervisors and managers
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and Background Check
Job Duties:
- Processes all medication orders accurately and timely manner.
- Maintains good patient relations by responding promptly to questions, problems, and or concerns of customers.
- Ensures compliance with all state regulations regarding medication administration.
- Ensures that all medication orders are processed in compliance with the company policies and procedures.
- Ensures that all medication orders are completed accurately and timely manner.
- Ensures that all medications are dispensed accurately and timely.

Experience:
- Pharmacy technician experience: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Virginia Pharmacy Technician License (Required)
