The Graphic Designer will work individually on projects as well as in a team environment alongside our Art Director, Creative Director, and other cross-functional teams. This role calls for a well-rounded designer who’s just as comfortable crafting digital and web collateral as they bring product and packaging ideas to life. Every day is a little different, and the ideal candidate is someone who can dabble in a little bit of everything and mesh well in our fun, free-flowing, and fast-paced environment!
Responsibilities:

Design web collateral: emailers and webpages

Design digital collateral: social media graphics and marketing assets
-
Create a variety of product packaging: tags, boxes, stickers, etc.

Develop art for products: tapestries, tote bags, wall banners, etc.

Design in-store print materials: window displays, in-store signage, etc.

Develop original concepts, designs, and innovative ideas for company campaigns

Miscellaneous in-house design needs with quick turnarounds

Uphold brand standards across all platforms and maintain its integrity throughout the creative process

Collaborate and communicate effectively with Art Director and cross-functional teams

Perform other related duties as required and assigned
