Southern Sentry is seeking both an Integration Technician and an Integration Technician Apprentice to join our growing team. Whether you’re an experienced low-voltage technician or someone looking to start a rewarding career in the security and life safety industry, we’d love to hear from you.
Our technicians install, service, and maintain a wide variety of integrated systems for residential and commercial customers, including:
- Security and intrusion alarm systems
- Fire alarm systems
- Video surveillance systems
- Access control systems
- Audio and intercom systems
- Networking and other low-voltage technologies
Integration Technician
The ideal candidate has experience installing, troubleshooting, and servicing low-voltage systems while providing exceptional customer service. Experience with security, fire alarms, cameras, access control, networking, or related electrical work is preferred.
Integration Technician Apprentice
No industry experience? No problem. If you have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the hands-on training and mentorship needed to build a successful career in the low-voltage industry.
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable and professional
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
- Ability to work safely while following company procedures
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Pass a background check (required for working in secured environments)
