Position Description:
AM Home Delivery is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Logistics & Inventory Specialist to support our fast-paced terminal and fleet operations. In this role, you will be a key contributor to inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and best-in-class delivery performance. What You’ll Do

Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Manage daily inventory control, including tracking, adjustments, and reconciliation.

Work closely with local and corporate management to communicate inventory reports, discrepancies, and operational issues.

Ensure truck load manifests are accurate and complete prior to dispatch.

Oversee load lists, order escalations, and product flow to support on-time delivery.

Support warehouse and terminal operations to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with delivery teams, warehouse staff, and leadership to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
What You Bring

High school diploma or GED required; additional education or training preferred.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

At least one year of relevant logistics, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet shifting deadlines.

Friendly, helpful attitude and a dependable work ethic.

Ability to manage a diverse appointment schedule across multiple accounts.

Strong computer and internet proficiency.
