Tailored & Connected is now hiring a Sales Account Representative to join our team. We’re focused on bringing Frontier Fiber Internet and TV to households across Texas, and the Sales Account Representative plays a key role in managing relationships, improving the customer experience, and delivering consistent support. In this role, the Sales Account Representative will work directly with each customer to explain service options and provide ongoing support while helping them upgrade to faster, more reliable solutions.
As a Sales Account Representative, you’ll be the main point of contact for every customer, ensuring long-term satisfaction through proactive support. The Sales Account Representative conducts household visits, helping each customer evaluate whether their current services still meet their needs while offering reliable support and tailored recommendations. Every Sales Account Representative is responsible for strengthening community relationships, improving retention, and providing dependable support to each customer interaction.
Responsibilities of the Sales Account Representative:
- Build strong relationships with each customer through consistent account visits that focus on retention and ongoing support
- Work alongside internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely support to every customer
- Present service bundles to new households while maintaining a high level of support for each customer
- Conduct annual reviews to ensure each customer is receiving the best value, backed by consistent support
- Track preferences and usage patterns to improve personalization and long-term support for every customer
- Generate referrals by delivering excellent support and a positive experience to each satisfied customer
- Maintain organized records to ensure accurate follow-up and continuous support for every customer as a Sales Account Representative
Qualifications of the Sales Account Representative:
- Previous experience in account management, support, or working directly with a customer is a plus
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently while delivering consistent support to each customer
- Strong communication skills with a focus on educating each customer and providing clear support
- Detail-oriented when tracking customer information and ensuring follow-up support is completed accurately
- Motivated to grow into a high-performing Sales Account Representative through ongoing training and hands-on support
Pay: $45,011.54 - $54,207.45 per year
