Empower Phoenix is a therapist owned company that focuses on meeting our clients where they are to empower them in their home and within their community.
We are offering a in person position at our new community location to join our multidisciplinary team of therapists. The position may also involve a telepractice caseload on days not at the community location.
Supervisory Responsibilities, If Applicable
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
May directly supervise practicum students if desired after 6-12 months employment.
Purpose:
Plan, organize, or direct medically prescribed music therapy activities designed to positively influence patients' psychological or behavioral status.
Population: Typically school age with developmental disabilities
Education: Bachelor's (Required)
License/Certification: Board certification - Music Therapy (Required)
