Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Hauppauge, NY
Pay Rate: $31.50hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2pm – Close
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, warehouse experience, and a commitment to safety, productivity, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and support warehouse associates to ensure productivity and efficiency goals are met
- Monitor workflow and assign daily tasks to warehouse personnel
- Ensure accurate inventory control and proper product handling
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
- Investigate and resolve operational issues while minimizing disruptions
- Collaborate with transportation, customer service, and management teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse best practices
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations
- Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
