Job Summary
We are hiring dependable Manufacturing, Assembly, and Shipping Associates to support medical device production in a cleanroom environment. This is a cross-functional role supporting assembly, inspection, packaging, and shipping operations within a regulated GMP facility.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, accuracy, and compliance with written procedures.
Available Shifts: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift & 3rd shift
Responsibilities
- Assemble, inspect, test, and package medical device products and subassemblies following written work instructions
- Perform visual inspections to identify defects, quality issues, or workmanship concerns
- Operate hand tools, fixtures, gauges, and production equipment
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation
- Pick, pack, and ship domestic and international orders and materials
- Prepare shipping paperwork and support shipping compliance requirements
- Support inventory control, material handling, and warehouse activities as needed
- Follow GMP, quality system procedures, and cleanroom protocols at all times
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Report quality issues, equipment problems, or production concerns to supervisors
- Participate in training and cross-functional production support as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and procedures in English, and accurately complete all required documentation in English
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, shipping, receiving, warehouse, or production preferred
- Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
