We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Preschool Part Time Closing Manager to lead our early childhood education team during the critical closing hours of the day. Responsibilities
- Oversee the closing procedures of the preschool, ensuring all activities comply with safety protocols, licensing regulations, and educational standards
- Supervise and support classroom staff during the transition period, providing guidance on curriculum implementation and behavioral management
- Manage daily administrative tasks including attendance tracking, incident reporting, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives such as curriculum development, fundraising efforts, and program enhancements
- Monitor adherence to legal requirements related to special education law, educational compliance, and regulation standards in early childhood settings
- Lead team meetings, provide performance evaluations for staff, and foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement
Skills
- Extensive experience in preschool or early childhood education administration with a focus on classroom experience and management
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development tailored to early childhood learning stages
- Proven ability in managing budgets as an executive education administrator and overseeing school financial operations
- Expertise in supervising school staff, facilitating professional development, and evaluating faculty performance
- Deep understanding of educational compliance laws including special education law and childhood development regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in team leadership, personnel management, and strategic planning
- Effective public speaking abilities for engaging with staff, parents, community partners, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with school legal knowledge related to early childhood programs and educational regulation standards
