Available Shifts:
1st Shift: 6am - 2:30pm (Mon - Fri)
2nd Shift: 2pm - 10:30pm (Mon - Fri)
3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am (Mon-Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and operating thermoforming machines, including mold changes, material loading, and parameter adjustments.
- Monitoring machine performance, cycle times, and product quality, making necessary adjustments to optimize production.
- Identifying and resolving mechanical and process-related issues, performing minor repairs, and coordinating with maintenance teams for major issues.
- Inspecting finished parts for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude, experience with thermoforming machinery, knowledge of plastic materials, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity and physical coordination.
- Ability to closely monitor machine operation, identify subtle variations in product quality, and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues, make sound decisions under pressure, and implement effective solutions.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
