Responsibilities
- Actively pursue new client acquisition through outside sales strategies, including telemarketing and AI outreach.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate policies that align with client requirements and budget.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including CRM system updates, policy documentation, and benefits administration records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and assisting clients with claims or policy adjustments.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales or telemarketing with a focus on client acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
