Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Supervisor / Forklift Operator to oversee daily warehouse and yard operations. This position is hands-on and involves operating forklifts, loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, assisting customers and drivers, and supporting the sales team with preparing outgoing orders.
The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse and forklift experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Load, unload, stage, band, and pack outgoing customer orders
- Assist the sales team with preparing and organizing outgoing shipments
- Prepare material for LTL, UPS, and customer pickups
- Receive and stock incoming inventory in the proper warehouse or yard locations
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard areas
- Assist customers and drivers with loading and unloading materials
- Complete shipping/receiving paperwork and maintain inventory accuracy
- Perform routine safety checks on forklifts and equipment
- Communicate with office personnel regarding inventory, shipments, and material needs
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse and forklift experience required
- Forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified)
- CDL license is not required but preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work indoors/outdoors
- Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday ( 7 A.M. - 5 P.M.)
- Opportunity for overtime
- 1 Hour Lunch Break at your discretion

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
