What You'll Do
No two days are exactly alike, but here's what you can expect:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Create and verify shipping paperwork
- Receive incoming materials and shipments
- Help keep inventory organized and accurate
- Work closely with production and warehouse teams to keep orders moving
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Pitch in wherever needed—we're a team!
What We're Looking For
You'll be successful if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have shipping or warehouse experience (preferred but not required)
- Pay attention to the little details
- Enjoy working with a team
- Can stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Are dependable and willing to work overtime when production requires it
Physical Requirements
This is an active position. You'll spend much of your day:
- Standing and walking
- Lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds
- Using your hands and arms frequently
- Working around warehouse equipment and machinery
- Working in a manufacturing environment where noise levels can be high
