Pay: starting at $18+/hr.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday. 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. with the availability to work overtime or weekends for emergencies or urgent events.

At Boondocks Family Fun Center, our mission is to deliver unforgettable guest experiences through attractions like go-karts, mini golf, bumper boats, bowling, private events and more. Behind the scenes, our Maintenance Team keeps everything running safely, smoothly, and looking beautiful. We’re looking for a hands-on, very reliable Maintenance Technician to join our crew and help keep the fun going every day.
What You’ll Do
· Perform daily custodial, grounds and preventative maintenance on golf courses, facilities, and guest facing areas.
- Landscaping such as planting flowers, pulling weeds, spraying weeds, mowing grass, trimming bushes, etc.
- Troubleshoot and repair landscaping, custodial, drywall, plumbing, or electrical issues quickly and safely.
- Use leaf blowers, drills, hammers, rakes, shovels, vacuums, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners.
- Assist with seasonal projects including landscaping, snow removal, pool cleaning, power washing, and décor installations
- Maintain a clean, organized shop and work space
- Respond to urgent maintenance needs to minimize downtime.
- Work as part of a team or alone to ensure guest and management safety and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Some mechanical, landscaping, or maintenance experience is helpful but not required - What is required is;
- Team Player that wants to own the projects they work on and takes pride in their work.
- Willingness to learn new skills, methods, and processes.
- Willingness to take on new tasks and projects and learn along the way.
- Punctuality and Time Management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure and heavy work loads.
- Ability to maintain safety and efficiency during hot summers and freezing winters.
- Someone that can see a problem and resolve it without needing direction.
- Dedicated to moving with a purpose and helping our team stay efficient and moving forward.
- Proficiency in staying on task and completing daily checklists
- Team player who communicates well with coworkers and management.
- Safety-first attitude and willingness to follow procedures.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Age 18+ required to operate equipment (OSHA regulation).
