Benson Kia is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our growing service team. The Maintenance Technician performs routine vehicle maintenance services and assists senior technicians in delivering exceptional customer service and vehicle care.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes
- Rotate and balance tires
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and batteries
- Check and top off vehicle fluids
- Perform basic maintenance services according to Kia standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Document services performed accurately
- Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures
- Assist service technicians as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Automotive experience is helpful but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
