Therapist – Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Location: Outpatient clinic (with some community-based activities)
Schedule: Full-time | 5 days/week | Group sessions 2–3 hours
Overview:
Provide individual and group therapy for clients with behavioral health needs, including substance use, PTSD, post-incarceration challenges, and co-occurring disorders. Collaborate with the treatment team to create and implement recovery-focused treatment plans.
Requirements:
•
Master's degree in behavioral health field
•
LAC, LMSW, LAAC license (or pending within 6 months)
•
Minimum 2 years of behavioral health experience
•
CPR/First Aid and crisis de-escalation certification
•
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
•
Valid AZ driver's license may be required
Responsibilities:
•
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
•
Develop and update treatment/recovery plans
•
Monitor client progress and ensure safety
•
Maintain timely documentation and participate in clinical supervision
