The Work
Assist customers buying and asking questions about fuel and merchandise including snacks, beverages, novelties, tobacco products, alcohol and lottery tickets. You will also help the customer by providing directions and other information.
- Assist customers with orders and provide excellent service
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas
- Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of your work, for your Team Members, customers and products.
Skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Proficiency in customer service techniques
- Knowledge of safety practices
- Strong time management abilities
- Willingness to help team members as needed
