Transform Colorado is seeking an energetic, reliable, and growth-minded individual to join our team as a Front Desk + Sales Associate. This position blends customer service, lead generation, membership sales, and studio operations support. As the face of our studio, you’ll be instrumental in creating an exceptional experience for our clients while helping grow our community and achieve studio goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every client with warmth, positivity, and professionalism
- Check in guests and assist first-time clients with setup and expectations - give the a run down / tour of the space + offerings
- Generate and follow up on leads to drive membership growth
- Conduct membership sales, track lead reports, and meet monthly sales goals (commission provided)
- Make member calls to engage with clients and support retention
- Help members set and achieve fitness goals while celebrating their progress
- Educate clients on promotions, memberships, and class packages
- Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure a professional, inviting environment
- Handle administrative tasks: client accounts, follow-ups, and first-visit tracking
- Support instructors and leadership to create a seamless studio experience
- Collect payments for past-due accounts or drop-ins
- Stay informed on class offerings, schedule changes, and instructor updates

Preferred Qualifications
- Sales or client retention experience
- Background in lead generation and outreach
- Experience in fitness, health, or hospitality industries
- Familiarity with boutique fitness, Pilates, or strength training
