What You’ll Do
- Create a safe, engaging classroom where children learn and play
- Use curriculum based on each child’s needs and development
- Build positive relationships with families
- Work with a supportive, team-based staff
- Help keep the center running smoothly day to day
What We’re Looking For
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare setting (preferred)
- Good communication and organization skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to complete required state certifications (CPR/First Aid)
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children
