Pay: $35–$55/hour, based on experience

Mr. C Refrigeration provides installation, emergency repair, and preventative maintenance services for commercial and industrial refrigeration, cold storage, and HVAC equipment. We’re looking for experienced HVAC/R technicians who can confidently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial equipment while providing dependable service to our customers.
As a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician, you'll work independently in the field servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Responsibilities include:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
Service heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
Identify the root cause of equipment failures and complete necessary repairs
Test systems after repairs to ensure safe and proper operation
Communicate findings, repair needs, and recommendations clearly with customers
Complete service documentation accurately and on time
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Travel to customer locations throughout the assigned service area
3+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience preferred
EPA Certification required
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
Professional communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license
Technical school HVAC/R training or equivalent field experience preferred
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
This is a hands-on field position requiring the ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, reach, push, and pull; lift or move up to 50 pounds; climb ladders and work at elevated heights; and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions.
$35–$55/hour, based on experience
