Flight Quality Specialist
ONEflight is looking for Flight Quality Specialists, also known as Flight Followers. This incumbent will gather all passenger flight information from the Flight Coordinators and Concierge Team. You will track repositioning and client flights, from departure to arrival to make sure the client flight was on time and satisfactory; that catering and transportation needs were on schedule and accurate, ensuring superior trip execution and a flawless client experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES: (rearranged)
- Works in partnership with Flight Coordinators and Concierge Coordinators, gathering information to understand the needs of all passengers before and during each flight, from departure to destination airports.
- Interfaces directly with Flight Operators to ensure flight schedules are on time, and any operational/weather concerns or delays are communicated quickly and effectively to clients and/or pertinent ONEflight personnel.
- Interfaces directly with Concierge Service Vendors to ensure catering orders are accurate and on time, and that Ground Transportation transfers are on time for client pickup and drop off.
- Interfaces directly with FBO/airport personnel to advise on aircraft arrivals/departures and manage customer service requests.
- Responsible for proactive communication with flight coordinators and the concierge department in a timely manner.
- Keeps the appropriate department informed of any operational concerns with client flight.
- Provides prompt and concise communications to clients and internal teams with respect to all flight management including itinerary updates, flight delays and weather updates.
- Effectively communicates and escalates operational issues and specific trip logistics as needed.
- Works in partnership with Flight Quality employees to create and maintain an accurate client daily flight schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation preferred, but not a requirement.
- 2-3 years of client service experience in travel, hospitality or similar high touch customer service experience preferred.
- Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrable ability to forge trusted relationships with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to handle confidential information.
- Must be able to work and problem solve with little supervision on an overnight schedule if needed.
- Dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts which include early morning, late night, weekends, and holidays.
POSITION:
- Salary: $60K annually
- Schedule:
- 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM Friday-Tuesday (Wednesday/ Thursday off), OR
- 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM Saturday -Wednesday (Thursday/Friday Off) OR
- 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM Thursday - Monday (Tuesday/Wednesday Off) OR
- 12:00 - 9:00 PM Friday -Tuesday ( Wednesday/Thursday Off) OR
- 9:00PM-6:00 AM Friday night-Tuesday morning (odd overnight shift but the days remain)
- Full-time position
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
