SERVPRO® of Osceola County is hiring a Mitigation Estimator (Xactimate) with experience in Mold, Water and Fire restoration
Seeking individuals within the Mitigation / Restoration industry!!
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Create Mitigation estimates using Xactimate (all estimates use Xactimate) for Insurance Claims and Self-Pay customers
· Understand Insurance requirements in order to create Accurate Xactimate estimates
· Communicate with Insurance Adjusters to ensure Xactimate estimates are APPROVED before starting Jobs
· Manage Third-Party Lead Programs requirements (i.e. Contractor Connection and WestHill)
· Responsible for uploading all Documentation for Contractor Connection and WestHill
· Responsible for providing correct information/documentation for Corporate Audit request
· Assist the Restoration Project Manager with managing the Restoration jobs
· MANAGE BUDGET FOR EACH JOB (BUDGET SET BY XACTIMATE ESTIMATE & MANAGEMENT)
· Assist with providing and explaining scope of work to Subcontractors and In-House Labor
· Assist with monitoring Subcontractors quality of work and turnaround time per job
· Quality Check each job and ensure work is done at a high quality
· Schedule jobs with customers and maintain a open communication with them thru job completion and answer all questions concerning the status of each job
· Keep contractors moving in a timelymanner
· COMPLETE JOB WITHIN BUDGET
Requirements and Qualifications (Mandatory):
· Must Speak English (Bilingual Preferred), no exception
· 5 years’ experience Mitigation / Restoration Project Manager experience
· 5 years’ experience using Xactimate to estimate restoration jobs including mold, water and fire either commercial or residential.
· 5 years’ dealing with Insurance companies and claims associated with Restoration jobs
· 5 years’ experience in Restoration / Mitigation
· High school diploma/GED
· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, or up to 100 pounds with assistance
· Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
· Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
