About the Role
We are looking for a Service Manager to join our winning team. This position will cover the Western region of the U.S. In this role, you will Manager be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of service delivery across customers, internal teams, and support functions. This role serves as the operational hub for service execution, ensuring that customer requests, service projects, and ongoing maintenance activities are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. In addition, this role includes direct line management of Field Service and/or Software Service personnel, driving performance, development, and accountability. Some travel will be required as needed to execute objectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for customer service activities.
- Manage incoming service requests across phone, email, and service platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Coordinate service delivery to meet customer expectations and commitments
- Communicate scope, timelines, and expectations clearly with customers
- Coordinate spare parts requests and schedule necessary service tied to parts installation
- Report on service performance on a monthly basis.
- Dispatch field service personnel where required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in service or technical environments
- Leadership experience, preferably in automation or manufacturing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Experience in automation or manufacturing
- Salesforce Service Cloud familiarity
- Cross-functional team leadership
- Spare parts/logistics experience
