My Friend's House Child Development Center is a well-established preschool located in the Northwest Hills area of Austin and affiliated with the Northwest Hills United Methodist Church. We have a fabulous school, offering a play-based learning environment within a culture of love and community. We have plans to begin a new curriculum, Frog Street, for the upcoming school year, as well as a Conscious Discipline curriculum. At My Friend's House, we truly make a difference in our children's lives...every day.
We are looking for reliable and experienced preschool teachers for full-time (8:30am-5:30pm) schedules. We have lead and aide positions available in a variety of different age groups, ranging from toddler to 3s. If you are committed to high quality Early Childhood Care and Education and are invested in connecting with children, we have a teaching position for you! Enjoy evenings and weekends off, having holiday time off with your children and a $400 monthly stipend that could increase your hourly pay! Pay range is $16-$18/hr and varies based on experience and education.

Requirements
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Proficient English Required
- Knowledge of caregiving, special education, toddler care, and infant care
- Familiarity with first aid procedures for children
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to educate and engage young children effectively
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting
- Certification in childcare or early childhood education is a plus
