This role provides the opportunity to treat a diverse outpatient population while continuing to expand your clinical knowledge.
Depending on your interests and experience, you may work with patients experiencing:
- Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Postoperative rehabilitation needs.
- Sports and activity-related injuries.
- Balance and fall-risk concerns.
- Vestibular conditions.
- Temporomandibular joint conditions.
- Strength, mobility, and movement limitations.
- Chronic or recurring pain.

What You Will Do
- Evaluate and treat outpatient Physical Therapy patients.
- Develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Provide evidence-based, hands-on treatment.
- Progress exercises and interventions according to each patient’s response.
- Educate patients about movement, recovery, injury prevention, and long-term health.
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, confidence, and physical function.
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with patients throughout the full episode of care.
- Collaborate with support staff and other clinical team members.
- Contribute ideas that improve patient care, clinic operations, and the overall patient experience.
- Support patients from their initial evaluation through successful discharge.
Who Will Be Successful Here
We are looking for a Physical Therapist who values both clinical excellence and meaningful patient relationships.You may be a strong fit if you:
- Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
- Have an active Texas Physical Therapy license or are eligible to obtain one.
- Have outpatient Physical Therapy experience or a strong interest in outpatient care.
- Enjoy working with orthopedic, active adult, and wellness-focused patients.
- Have experience or interest in manual therapy, dry needling, TMJ, vestibular, or balance rehabilitation.
- Communicate clearly and build trust with patients.
- Take ownership of patient outcomes and follow-through.
- Value teamwork, continued learning, and professional growth.

Three or more years of outpatient experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
