Job Description:
Exterior Point is a fast-growing home remodeling company with a strong reputation for quality and professionalism. We specialize in roofing, siding, and windows — and we’re seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our installation process from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in construction or remodeling and can juggle multiple projects while ensuring each job is delivered on time and done right. You’ll coordinate crews, order materials, manage customers, and help deliver a five-star experience — with a company truck provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Coordination
- Schedule all roofing, siding, and window installations
- Order materials and confirm deliveries with suppliers
- Assign subcontractor crews and communicate job scope
- Prepare install folders with scopes, measurements, and product info
Customer Communication
- Contact homeowners before and after the install
- Handle any questions or issues during project execution
- Conduct walkthroughs and ensure all project photos are taken
Project Closeout & Reporting
- Upload before/after photos to our CRM (Zoho)
- Ensure final inspections, warranties, and invoices are completed
- Communicate closely with sales team and owner regarding job status
Qualifications:
- Experience in home remodeling or construction project management (roofing/siding/windows preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at once and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with tablets, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Base Salary
- Bonus for each successful project completed paid bi-monthly.
