Must haves: You must be currently enrolled as a student with good standing, have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be requiredto use and learn a variety of computer software and online applications. You should also be effective at communicating, both written and verbally, online, over-the-phone, via email, and in-person.
We’re also looking for applicants that have an interest or background in customer service, business, communication, education, data analytics, or marketing, and who are willing to learn new technologies. A basic understanding of marketing and data analytics concepts is not a must have but would be a bonus. Don’t fret, training in these and other technical areas will be provided.
This position is part-time (up to 26 hours per week) and offers flexible work hours Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm to accommodate your class schedule. We’ll adjust your work schedule each semester based on your class schedule. - This position is in-person and located off-campus at the University Plaza Building located at 1 Financial Plaza in Huntsville. The selected candidate will be responsible for their own transportation to and from work.
