Responsibilities
- Design and deliver creative, curriculum-aligned lessons that incorporate learning technology and cater to various learning styles.
- Implement IT-integrated teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and understanding of core subjects such as literacy and math.
- Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring a positive environment that promotes behavioral development and childhood growth.
- Adapt instructional methods to meet individual learning needs, including those with autism or requiring special education accommodations.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment strategies to improve overall educational quality.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and developmental milestones through clear and professional channels.

Qualifications
