Duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for issuing payoff quotes to borrowers, authorized parties, and other Celink departments or clients.
- Validate requestors as authorized to receive information and/or obtain the proper documents required for authorization.
- Draft and send response emails and letters.
- Place outbound calls on requests requiring follow up.
- Utilize the Reverse Mortgage Servicing System and third-party vendor systems to validate outstanding charges on the loan.
- Enter data into various systems correctly and efficiently.
- Complete job tasks in a timely manner.
- Ensure that proper documentation is completed and update the system (RMSS) correctly, mail
- Correspondence to borrowers and follow up accordingly.
- Perform any other duties as required or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience/Training
- Computer skills including Microsoft proficiency is a must
- Type at least 35 words per minute is a must
- Customer Service experience is a must
- Clear speaking phone voice is a must
- Basic accounting, bookkeeping, and/or reconciliation experience is a must
- Mortgage/banking experience is a plus
- Spanish speaker is a plus
- Knowledge of the foreclosure process is a plus

Compensation: The hourly range for this position is $17.85 to $22.44. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in a professional office environment with no unusual hazards. There may be some travel with overnight stays. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
