Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our Burek Shop team at Bayside Marketplace (Downtown Miami).
Experience is a plus but not necessary. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with dough and willingness to learn.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the industry while contributing to the creation of high-quality product.
Responsibilities
- Food Prep and dough stretching
- Support food production processes including packaging, portioning, and ingredient preparation
- Help with food handling, storage, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with food safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow all kitchen safety protocols and proper knife skills during food preparation
Qualifications
- Positive attitude towards teamwork
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen equipment is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
