About the Role
We're seeking Certified Medical Assistants who thrive on teamwork, relationship-building, and making a meaningful impact in patients' lives. In this field-based position, you will partner closely with providers to deliver high-quality primary care services directly in patients' homes. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday role.

What You'll Do
- Partner with providers before, during, and after member visits.
- Support in-home patient visits by gathering health information and taking vital signs.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for patients during visits.
- Perform phlebotomy and other delegated clinical tasks.
- Help identify and close care gaps.
- Review and obtain patient documentation and consent forms.
- Accurately document care using electronic health record systems.
- Maintain medical supplies and equipment for field visits.
- Support outreach efforts and patient engagement activities.
- Travel independently throughout assigned counties to conduct home visits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Current CMA, CCMA, or RMA certification.
- Minimum one year of healthcare experience.
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Valid NJ driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working in a mobile, field-based environment.
- Experience with electronic medical records and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to travel daily throughout assigned counties.
