Fit Labz Solutions provides full-service fitness solutions for commercial spaces across the U.S., including gym design, equipment sales and procurement, installation, service, asset management, and warranty support. We are looking for a reliable, experienced sales professional who can work independently with minimal training, thrive in a structured environment, and demonstrate our core values of integrity, ownership, and results.
Growth Path After Proven Performance:
Part-time or full-time temp-to-hire / contract-to-hire role with a clear path to full-time employment, including base pay and commissions once you demonstrate your value by closing deals.
Ideal Candidate:
* 2+ years selling to owners (Business to Business Sales)
* Proven closing $25K+ monthly fitness amenity deals
* Existing relationships with managers and owners
* Independent hunter who thrives on relationship sales
* Daytime availability M-F with travel flexibility
* Understands Boutique Studio & Wellness needs: client-friendly equipment, fast installs, 24/7 service backup, boutique resort aesthetics
* Experience in a startup is a plus
Position Summary: Own end-to-end:
* Sell new and upgrades (strength + cardio + recovery + flooring)
* Design, procure equipment, install, service, asset/warranty management
* Target your local market + national in any market vertical
* Leverage our full-service edge over OEMs and national chains
Job Requirements
* Sales track record ($25K+ monthly closes)
* Reliable transportation for property visits
* High School Diploma or GED
* Clean background & drug test
* Professional appearance
Work Schedule & Pay
Part-time (15-20 hrs/wk) or full-time, M-F daytime
15-25% travel for key properties
