Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
in accordance with applicable standards such as ISO 9001, IPC, and
customer-specific requirements.
Lead internal and external quality audits, including customer and
certification audits.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards related to
electronics manufacturing.
Maintain quality documentation, procedures, work instructions, and
records.
Production Quality Oversight
Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and process
consistency.
Analyze quality data, trends, and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for non-
conformances and customer complaints.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues
and implement process improvements.
Establish and monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspection procedures.
