ABC Auto Repair in Grand Blanc is currently seeking qualified and motivated Auto Technicians to join our team!

Qualifications:
- Must be state-certified
- ASE certification is preferred but not required
- Must have your own tools
- Strong diagnostic and drivability skills are a plus

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Perform repairs on automotive electrical systems, ensuring all components function correctly.
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair or replace defective parts using appropriate tools and techniques, including welding when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and efficiency in the shop.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs and repair status.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various automotive systems.
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and auto body repair techniques is highly desirable.
- Experience working with GM vehicles is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
