- Daily Support: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and other personal care needs.

Health & Safety: Administer medications as directed, monitor vital signs, and document updates in our EMR system.

Specialized Care: Provide compassionate support to clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, and memory care needs.

Home & Meals: Prepare nutritious meals and provide light housekeeping.

Outings & Transportation: Drive clients to medical appointments, errands, and other necessary outings.
- Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or in senior care.

Ability to safely operate mobility equipment, including Hoyer lifts.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

First Aid / CPR certification preferred.
