- Night Shift (available until 2:00 AM EST)
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Make outbound calls on behalf of a variety of clients.
- Follow client-specific call flows and procedures.
- Provide outstanding customer service and problem resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Meet quality, attendance, and performance expectations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Comfortable using a computer and navigating multiple applications.
- Ability to multitask while speaking with customers.
